The property is owned and managed by Englishman Jonathan Maltus. Jonathan arrived in Bordeaux in the 1990s. Jonathan quickly realised that keeping the traditional methods was important - "if it ain't broke, don’t fix it." Much of the process continues to be done by hand embracing new technology only when it enhances the wine.
