Region: North East
Tasting Note: Dagromis (Gromis being the family surname from which the grapes are sourced) is a classic expression of the Barolo appellation. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks before 24 months aging split 12 months in barriques followed by 12 months in oak casks. The wine demonstrates a complex nose of spice and herbs and offers a long, lingering finish.
