Barr an Uisce (pronounced Bar on Ishka) means ‘above the water’. It is the name of the rural townland that surrounds the village of Redcross in Co. Wicklow. It is from this location that our well water is taken and used to cut our Whiskeys from cask to bottle strength, giving them their unique taste profile. We are currently available in 14 international markets and will be introducing further whiskey expressions to add to our current portfolio of 2 single malts and 2 blends.
