Pascal Jolivet


The Jolivet family entered the wine business in 1926.

However, it was in 1990 that Pascal Jolivet built a brand new winery to facilitate the development and production of his wines. Inspired by the Champenois facilities that he knew so well the cellar in Sancerre is equipped with temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and other state of the art facilities.

In 1993 inspired by Jacques Jolivet Pascal purchased 6 hectares of vineyards. In 1995 6 hectares of vines were purchased in Pouilly Fume. Wine Spectator has twice ranked Pascal Jolivets Sancerre among the best 100 wines of the year.
