Portugal is just full of great indigenous grape varieties and two of them feature prominently here – Alfrocheiro and Touriga Nacional – to deliver a lush and easy drinking tipple from Alentejo, a region delivering quality wines at great prices. Aromas of cherries and blackberries lead into a well-balanced and rounded palate with softening tannins and nice soft fruit notes.
