Terms and Conditions

CASSIDY WINES TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPLICATION

These terms and conditions shall apply to all goods supplied by Cassidy Wines DAC (the Vendor) and the placing of an order shall be deemed to be acceptance of the Buyer of the terms and conditions.

PRICES

All orders are subject to availability of stock and prices are subject to change without notice. This list cancels previous lists. E&OE.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

Requests for a credit account should be made on the relevant application form, together with the direct debit mandate provided.

PAYMENT

Invoices are due for payment within the agreed payment terms from the date of invoice by direct debit. Overdue monies are liable to interest at prevailing bank rates.

VAT

All prices are nett and exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 23%.

RETENTION OF TITLE 

The property in all and any goods supplied by the Vendor shall remain in the Vendor until the Vendor has received payment in full for all sums due and owing on any account by the Buyer. In the event of non-payment by the buyer by the due date, the Vendor shall be entitled in addition to all other rights to enter any premises where the goods may be and recover possession of them.

CLAIMS

Shortage, pilferage, breakage, and non-delivery: no claim can be entertained unless notified to the company within three days of receipt or seven days from dispatch. All defective goods must be held for inspection.

VINTAGES

Vintages as described in our Price List are subject to stock availability and may change without notice.
