The estate, the first in Les Riceys to achieve “Haute Valeur Environnementale” certification in 2015, is dedicated to sustainable viticulture. Practices include reducing herbicide use, reintroducing heritage grape varieties like Buret and Petit Meslier, and using horses in the vineyards where possible.
