The Grassa family settled in 1912 at Château du Tariquet where fine eaux-de-vie have been produced since 1683. The wines are exclusively produced from the grapes harvested from the family estate’s vineyards located in the Bas-Armagnac region. They are then distilled in a traditional wood-fired Armagnac alembic at the Château. After several years of aging in oak barrels, these eaux-de-vie become Bas-Armagnacs of great finesse and rare elegance.
