Boschendal Methode Cap Classique (ABV 12.5%)
VERY moreish sparkler from South Africa’s Western Cape. Methode Cap Classique is how winemakers in the region refer to wines made by the traditional Champagne method. This fine example has enticing aromas of green apple, pear, and tropical fruits. Bright and bubbly on the palate, it has mouthwatering minerality, vibrant acidity, and stone fruit notes. Long, clean finish.
